Problem

After upgrading KiCAD and using CVPCB to associate schematic parts with footprints, you are treated to a massive error dialog that starts like this:

Fix

1. Open the ~/Library/Preferences/kicad/fp-lib-table file in a text editor.
2. Delete all of it.
3. Copy all of the text from here into the file and save.
4. Restart KiCAD.
