As of May 31st 2016, some BSU/Campbell Memristor technology which was previously licensed to Bio-Inspired Technologies has been acquired by Knowm Inc. If you purchased memristor chips or die by Bio Inspired Technologies (aka “BiT”) after May 31st 2017, you are working with a non-licensed product that is subject to patent infringement. However, don’t worry! We would love to have you as a new customer. Please contact us about a special offer. Bio-Inspired Technologies “Neuro-bit” is now Knowm “SDC Carbon”.

BSU has exclusively licensed (in all territories) all of the memristor technology developed in Dr. Campbell’s research group to Knowm Inc.

Bio Inspired Technologies has lost all rights to BSU-Campbell mermistor technology.
